1. CHALLENGES: An African government struggled with manual citizen services causing data inaccuracies, slow processes, and disjointed agencies across 56 districts.

2. SOLUTION: Chakray built a modular e-Government platform (WSO2/Entgra IoT) with IAM, API management, and analytics – deployed on-premise during COVID via Agile methodology.

3. RESULTS: Launched unified eCitizen portal, interconnected 56 districts, eliminated costly point-to-point integrations, and enabled secure digital services (USSD/web/kiosk).
